We you CaptivateIQ for Multiple Commissions schemes for a scaling company with a team of Sales SDRs and Partner managers etc
We use it to calculate the correct expensing based on ASC606 Expensing guidelines
we use it to motivate the users by forecasting them their commissions' outcomes based on deal-flow forecasting synced from Salesforce
We also have Netsuite integrated into Captivate to calculate commissions schemes based on actual invoicing

It has streamlined the compensation process and the way it makes it visible to all stakeholders. The user interface is very neat and can be easily accessed via any medium—phone or computer. The ability to download the statements is also very convenient and can be used for future reference.

I used the platform last night to view my first commission pay-out. It was very smooth to use on a PC but I found it difficult to use on my mobile device. The list of each payout was well organized and will be great in the future to view all of my bonus payouts. If the mobile site was more mobile-friendly that would be amazing!

My company is using Captivate IQ to calculate Sales commissions. It is being used by the HR and Finance departments for the benefit of the Sales department. It has simplified the process to calculate commissions. It has allowed us to review historical calculations and improve processing times compared to using Excel.

  • The statements are not as flexible to use as they should be
  • The graphs on the statements are a little complicated
  • The graphs on the statements should allow for color scheme and visualization changes
Captivate IQ is best for calculating complex sales commissions. It allows you to link data to Accounting and CRM sources. You can also link multiple worksheets together to store data and calculate commissions. All of this information can then be pulled into statements and reports. Workflows can be used for approvals. Historical reporting is a great feature so you can see YTD and prior years.

I love how user friendly it is. I am able to keep my financial life nice and organized. The color scheme is beautiful and it makes it fun to use. I really like how it breaks down every single account that I'm getting paid for and all the detail of that account are on my file that I'm able to download.

  • MRR details should be specifically for each pay period, and not an add of of each month. Makes it difficult to read.
CaptivateIQ is wonderful to use. I find it easy to follow exactly what is happening on my paychecks. Everything is user friendly. I like how every category is easy to navigate. The color scheme is great. I love the confetti celebration every time I open up a paycheck. Love it.

I love Captivate! I believe it's just used across the Sales team, but not 100% sure. It helps us make sure our payouts are accurate, and give the team visibility into knowing we are being paid accurately!

Love Captivate! So glad we are able to use it for our sales team. We are able to faster see our payouts and give visibility into our payouts, so that we can see our payouts faster, and make sure that we are being paid properly, and gives us more of a sense of trust to our operations team.
